The film looks at the remebering of cinematic spaces, censorship by the military regime of the turkish film Yorgun Savaşçı, protests against the demolition of cultural spaces and the history of the Yeşilçam Street in Beyoğlu/Istanbul.
‚How much do you know about your city? How much can you know about a city by visiting its parks, museums and palaces? Can you touch the history of your city through the building that you pass by everyday, the restaurant that you eat lunch every once in a while, the café that you meet up in with your friends on the weekends? How does silence in social memory reflect on spaces, streets and parks of the city?‘ (Memory Walks, Gener Forum Istanbul)
